1991年のDCI復刻版DVDです。スターオブインディアナが念願の初優勝に輝きました。この年にやったローマ3部作はとにかく素晴スバらしいの一言で した。このオープニングで演奏した「ヴィラ･ボルゲーゼ」は後に「ブラスト」でも演奏されるようになります。またブラスラインはブルーデビルスか、スター オブインディアナか、でこの先数年は争うことになります。この頃からビューグルが2ピストンから3ピストンに変わってきました。これにより音楽性がさらに アップして、芸術的な演奏ができるようになりました。また日本から東京実業高等学校フェニックスレジメントが参戦、見事ディビジョン3部門5位入賞となり ました。
